π Brooklyn
I'm an introvert who loves people. I started my career studying how people think and behave, and now I build products for them.
My default settings: curious, open, playful, earnest.
Recurring themes:
- π«Human connection β exploring how digital and physical environments, from dating apps to city streets, can facilitate positive social outcomes
- π―The intention–action gap β helping people align their behavior with their goals and values
- βοΈWriting β a grounding vehicle for exploring ideas
I'm writing, exploring and building with AI, and meeting new people for coffee.
I'm also actively looking for my next role.
I started my career in academic research, studying social psychology & behavioral science at Northwestern & Harvard Business School.
The next step was to apply these principles in the "real world", and technology seemed like a great playground for exploring human behavior. This brought me to user research, which I led for companies like Equinox, Mailchimp, Samsung, and Eventbrite, in addition to helping early-stage founders explore the idea maze.
Eventually I realized I wanted to build things, not just make recommendations. I moved into product – first through my own projects, and then as the first PM at an AI learning startup, where I owned the product work that moved the company upmarket.
Some features of my ideal next role:
- Seed–Series C startup
- NYC-based, with meaningful time in-person
- Strong product ownership and frequent interactions with users
